Yukari and Erik had been in a long distance relationship for several years and the time had come to close the gap between them. They chose Tuscany as their wedding setting, a place where on September 10th two cultures came together for a beautiful wedding. Yukari wanted lots of green in her wildflower bouquet and on the dinner table. For this reason we chose to use lots of white seasonal flowers such as Veronica, Helleborus, Queen Anne's lace, Snow Berries and Lisianthus, all mixed with eucalyptus green. The ceremony was held under the green vine-covered pergola and we added a touch of white by using Snowball Hydrangeas. The table decoration again was green and white with a eucalyptus table runner and mercury glass vases with Rosemary, Chamomile and Ammi Majus. Everything was simple, elegant and very Tuscan. I loved making these arrangements and I love how the Wedding Photos really reflect the essence of the day. Yukari and Erik, congratulations on your wedding and we wish you all the best for you lives together.
I love spring! And for a particular reason.. Coral peonies. I adòre these full bright blooms and they go so well with everything else. This wonderful couple decided to have their wedding on the surrounding hills of Florence in a stunning villa in Fiesole. I feel so blessed that I can work in places like this with people who are so happy.
From the bride and Groom: Dear Sonja
how are you ?! Did you survive to the weddings’ season !?
We are sorry we did not catch-up sooner … but with the wedding … honeymoon … summer and other our professional and accommodation recent changes we had quite erratic months !!!
We hope to talk to you soon with some calm some time near and meet for a coffee next time we are in Florence.
But for now we only did not want to let some further time pass before thanking you.
Thank you for your hard work and commitment and for having made our special day … special. Everything was just like we imagined and wished. I do not think we can add much to that.
Your tour to the … de-tour road to the villa the day before to take pictures to guide the guests and place the signs was way beyond your duties. Thank you for having remained calm and problem-solving when we weren’t …
Your (including Milos of course) work has been very much appreciated by us and by all the guests indistinctly.
We know we have been difficult clients … but I am confident you have seen worst ; - )
Talk to you or see you soon hopefully !
