A Persian Summer Wedding in Villa Nemora

This wedding in Tuscany was a celebration shaped by landscape, heritage, and family. Set at Villa Nemora, the destination wedding brought together two cultures in two distinct ceremonies, unfolding across one unforgettable day in the Tuscan countryside.

The classic cypress tress as their backdrop and wide views across the hills, the first ceremony embraced the quiet beauty of Tuscany. Blush florals giving a romantic natural tone in the warm sun of summer.

The second part of the afternoon was headlined by a Persian wedding ceremony centred around the Sofreh Aghd. This traditional spread, rich with symbolism, was filled with sweet delights, honey, pearls, and meaningful objects representing prosperity, love, and respect. Rooted in Iranian culture, the Sofreh Aghd honoured heritage while welcoming everyone present into its rituals. It marked not only the union of Atlas and Matt, but the joining of two families and the weaving together of traditions in the heart of Tuscany.
