Colourful Destination Wedding in Tuscany with Sustainable Floral Design | Borgo Divino

Some weddings stay with you long after the last flower has been packed away, and this was one of them.

On a beautiful summer day in Tuscany, this couple travelled from Philadelphia to celebrate with their family and friends surrounded by sweeping countryside views. The setting was already stunning, and we were lucky enough to add the flowers.

The floral design took inspiration from the soft pastel bridesmaids' dresses, with a flower-filled grounded arch and meadow-style aisles framing the ceremony. For the reception, locally sourced flowers and seasonal fruit were incorporated into the tablescape, helping to reduce the environmental impact of the celebration.

What made this wedding unforgettable was the atmosphere. There was so much joy, love and excitement throughout the day.

The venue was one of my favourite discoveries of the season, and I can't wait to return for another wedding in this beautiful corner of Tuscany.

One of the most exciting parts of the day was seeing Sonja and her team bustling in around in the ceremony in front of my getting-ready suite, bringing in the beautiful arrangements. Each time I saw the flowers, it filled me with joy and anticipation, helping to lift my spirits and keep me focused on the excitement of the day. - Jenna and Antonio
