One of the key pillars of our sustainability commitment lies in our approach to floral foam. Recognizing the environmental impact of traditional floral foam, we've embraced bio floral foam alternatives and foam-free arrangements. These innovations allow us to create stunning floral designs while minimizing our ecological footprint, steering away from materials that don't break down and harm the environment.
After the wedding, hundreds of small vases and candle holders are cleaned with cold water, soap and vinegar.
Schoonmaak
Onze toewijding aan afvalvermindering reikt verder dan alleen ontwerptechnieken. We scheiden ons afval nauwgezet en zorgen ervoor dat recyclebare materialen hun weg vinden naar de juiste faciliteiten. Organisch afval draagt bij aan composteringsinitiatieven, waardoor wat ooit afval was, wordt omgezet in een bron van voeding voor toekomstige bloei. Our dedication to waste reduction extends beyond design techniques. We meticulously separate our garbage, ensuring that recyclables find their way to appropriate facilities, and organic waste contributes to composting initiatives, transforming what was once waste into a source of nourishment for future blooms. We prioritize the use of gentle cleaning agents like vinegar and soap and eschew harmful substances like bleach that can compromise not only our materials but also the environment.

Ons bedrijf richt zich alleen op bruiloften, we verkopen geen detailhandel en zijn niet open voor publiek. Het bestellen van de exacte hoeveelheid bloemen die nodig is voor elke bruiloft is niet alleen een strategische zakelijke zet, maar ook een duurzame praktijk. In tegenstelling tot traditionele winkels die vaak te veel voorraad hebben om de uitstraling op peil te houden, minimaliseert onze aanpak verspilling en vermindert de overmatige impact op het milieu die gepaard gaat met onverkochte bloemen. Het gaat om kwaliteit boven kwantiteit, waarbij ervoor wordt gezorgd dat elke stengel zijn doel vindt zonder bij te dragen aan onnodige verspilling.
Buying
Our business focuses on weddings only, we don’t sell retail and are not open for public. Ordering the exact amount of flowers needed for each wedding is not only a strategic business move but also a sustainable practice. Unlike traditional shops that often overstock to maintain appearances, our approach minimizes waste and reduces the excess environmental impact associated with unsold flowers. It's about quality over quantity, ensuring each stem finds its purpose without contributing to unnecessary waste.

Hergebruik
We omarmen de kortstondige schoonheid van verse bloemen en hergebruiken bloemen strategisch op verschillende momenten van de trouwdag. Ceremoniebloemen kunnen een nieuwe bestemming krijgen door ontvangstruimtes te versieren of de tafel van het bruidspaar te verfraaien, zodat elke stengel meerdere momenten in de schijnwerpers krijgt.
Na de huwelijksdag laten we bloemen achter op de trouwlocatie en stimuleren we hergebruik ervan in de kamers en ontbijtruimtes. Door de levensduur van deze bloemen te verlengen, bieden we een vleugje natuurlijke schoonheid die gasten blijft betoveren, zelfs nadat de trouwdag voorbij is.
Via goedkope cursussen delen we onze passie voor bloemsierkunst met de gemeenschap, waarbij we bloemen gebruiken die overblijven na de bruiloften. Door bloemen te drogen en te conserveren kunnen we ze zelfs tijdens de wintermaanden nog hergebruiken voor cursussen. Deze cursussen zijn niet alleen leerzaam, maar bieden individuen ook de mogelijkheid om een nieuwe vaardigheid te leren en tegelijkertijd deze bloemen de kans te geven weer te schitteren.
Als we geen tijd hebben om cursussen te organiseren, schenken we de bloemen cadeau aan de mensen in onze buurt of zoeken we naar goede doelen die misschien vreugde kunnen vinden in deze prachtige arrangementen.
Reuse
Embracing the ephemeral beauty of fresh blooms, we strategically reuse flowers at various moments of the wedding day. Ceremony blooms might find a new purpose adorning reception areas or enhancing the couple's sweetheart table, ensuring each stem enjoys multiple moments in the spotlight.
After the celebrations, we leave flowers at the wedding location, encouraging their reuse in rooms and breakfast spaces. By extending the life of these blooms, we offer a touch of natural beauty that continues to enchant guests even after the wedding day has passed.
Through low-cost courses, we share our passion for floristry with the community, using flowers repurposed from weddings. Drying and preserving flowers allows us to reuse them for courses during winter months. These courses not only educate but also provide an opportunity for individuals to learn a new skill while giving these blooms a chance to shine again.
If we don’t have the time to organise courses we gift the flowers to the people in our neighborhood or look for charities who might find joy in these beautiful arrangements.
